We would like to find an Alpine Coach chapter in or somewhat close to Arizona. Can anyone in this forum help us? Thank you, we love our coach! However, at that moment, we are having "mechanical" problems (engine won't start) and have been "camping" at the repair shop for 3 days now. lol

We met some of you at 7 Feathers in OR this summer.

I think with the new FMCA compliant bylaws, ACA no longer has chapters. The former ACA chapters (SoCal, NoWaca, etc) would have had to convert to direct FMCA chapters, no longer under the ACA umbrella.

But to finally answer your question, I guess SoCal would have the nearest events to Arizona.

Of course, don't miss Quartzsite in January (see sticky post @ the top of the forum).

Woodinboater,

Yes, SoCal would be the closest Alpine chapter to you. Our members reside primarily in Southern California and Southern Nevada, but we have members who are full-timers, one who lives in Colorado, and others from areas that are farther out.

While we are now a chapter of FMCA, we maintain our close association with ACA, and most, if not all, of our members are still members of ACA.

You can check out our SoCal rally information on our website at www.alpinesocal.com. Our next rally is in Yucaipa, CA in a few weeks (though that one is sold out). We also post rally information here on IRV2, as you may note at the top of the forum.

We'd love to have you join our group, and hope to have the opportunity to meet you at a rally soon!

And, we wish you good luck in getting your wonderful Alpine on the road again.

We probably visited with you at Seven Feathers, and would like to encourage you to check out our SoCal chapter. Joel and I actually have joined both the group that put on the rally in Oregon, NoWaca, and the SoCal group, in addition to belonbging to the Alpine Coach Assoc.

Highly recommend all three as wonderful opportunities to meet other Aline owners and participate in great outings.

Hope to see you again.
