HWH Emergency Slide Retract Threaded Rods

Does anyone have the part numbers for the threaded rods that HWH uses to do an emergency retract of the dining room slide on a 2006 36' FDTS? There are two sets. One is about 1" in diameter and 40" long; the other is smaller, 5/8"-3/4" by around 18"-24" long. If you don't have these rods and have a slide hydraulic failure you're in a world of hurt getting this slide raised and retracted. Unfortunately WRV neglected to supply these when we bought the unit and was in the process of furnishing a set when they closed the doors.

I talked with HWH and they need the slide model number to supply the correct rods. So, if anyone has either the model number of the curb-side dining room slide or the dinemsions of the two rod sets for the 2006 36' FDTS, or similar unit, I'd really appreciate the information.

You might try contacting Aubrey RV in Washington (I vaguely recall they are near Yakima) to see if they have the part. They bought a lot of the WRV parts stock when they closed. Good luck.

In my quest for obtaining the correct HWH emergency threaded retract rods I thought I would rephrase my request for information by asking those of you that have an '06 or '07 FDTS (there may be other year models with a similar slide) what are the actual lengths of the rods supplied with your Alpine. According to HWH these rods were supplied to WRV, but now they, HWH, can't seem to find the information on the rods' lengths without the slide part number. Again, these retract rods are for the curb-side dining room slide; that when extended results in a flat floor and during the retract cycle lifts before the retraction. Apparently HWH supplied different length rods to different manufacturers depending on slide model number.
