Hydralic brakes

My hydraulic booster pump stopped working. Does anyone know if there is a fuse for it or anything I could check? Thanks Gator

OK--he is posting in the Alpine forum, so --oops.....though it would be nice if you included the year and model of your Alpine in the body of your post or added it to your sig blk. On most Alpines, the are a couple of water-proof fuse holders on the aft bulkhead of the area ahead of the front wheel well--same area as the hydro- boost is located. These holders contain both fuses and one-way diodes that control the HB. Some newer coaches [post-Vansco] are designed to have the HB work only when ignition switch is on -- assume since yours "stopped work", something has changed from expected/normal operation?.

My coach is a 2000 40" FDS , serial# 74012. I have owned it for about 7 years. When parked and engine off I can step on the brake and you can hear the break booster motor run and the pedal will operate the brakes. Now, the motor will not run and pedal is hard as a rock and unable to depress. I found a relay next to the brake booster that controls this motor and it is activated when pedal is depressed. The relay is working correctly but there is no power going through it to turn the motor on. I ran a wire to test motor and its fine. There are no fuses near the booster, just the relay which I replaced . Is there any place to fine the 12V schematic for this coach or does anyone have any info on this problem? Thanks. Gator

Are your brake lights working when you depress the brake pedal?
On my coach, the brake light switch operates both the brake lights and the booster pump when the engine is not running.
(Bad brake light switch = no booster).

Brake light switch works good. I can hear the relay click when pedal is depressed and rear lights come on.
