Hydro Hot. Using the engine heater

Is it ok to continuous use the engine heater during long periods of freezing weather? Thank you in advanced.

Yes you can do that there is no adverse effect other than the boiler kicking in more often to also heat that hunk of steel that sits outside.
So let me ask ... why do you want to do that ?

Boiler heating $$ and Pump being used continuously. The pump shouldn't have a problem it's designed for long runs. Like said already Why? The engine can certainly take the cold and just warm it up a couple hours before you use it and not waste money heating a big piece of metal 24/7

No problem at all. Matter of fact you want to run all the pumps once per month just like you exercise the generator same counts for the aqua hot you should run it once a month.
