I wanted to get some info on the Indianapolis FMCA Pre-rally on August 20-25 out for all to see. Spread the word among your friends and let's have a great rally in Indiana.

Below is the proposed daily agenda for the pre-rally. Be sure to mark your calendar, complete a registration, and join us for the fun-of-it.

Subject to change


Mon Aug 20th Arrive at CERAland-Evening Pizza and soft drinks, general meeting, Pineview Shelter House

Tue Aug 21st 7:00-9:00 Coffee and Doughnuts, Pineview Shelter House

10:00-12:00 Cummins Tour [Mid-Range Engine Plant]

Lunch on your own at the Edinburgh Outlets [Montana Mike’s, Cracker Barrel, Ruby Tuesdays, or Max and Erma’s]

2:00-4:00 Tour of the Not Just Popcorn Factory, Edinburgh, IN

Evening Free to gather at the Shelter House ending with a game of Chase the Ace (everyone will need 4 quarters)

Wed Aug 22nd 7:00-8:00 Coffee and Doughnuts, Pineview Shelter House

9:30- Short Walking Tour begins at the Columbus Visitors Center highlighting Columbus’s Architecture, Cummins’s Corporate Office and Museum.

12:00- Zaharakos’, Ice Cream Parlor and Museum, Tour of the historic parlor then a private room if reserved for lunch (lunch from entire menu, cost of lunch not included in Rally fee)

Afternoon Free

Thurs. Aug 23rd 7:00-9:00 Coffee, Doughnuts & Bagels, Pineview Shelter House.

9:00- Gear Head Session

Rest of day is a free day for Golf, Shopping, or Site Seeing [ Nashville IN is a great place to visit, plan on having lunch at the Hob Knob if you can get in)]

Fri Aug 24th 7:00-9:00 Coffee, Doughnuts & Bagels, Sims Shelter House

11:00-3:00 Lunch and Boat Rides at the Strauss’ House at Sweetwater Lake
Be sure to stop at Camp Atterbury Joint Military Joint Training Facility’s outside Military Equipment Museum on the way “to or from” the Lake.

6:30- Pot Luck with Heavy Appetizers, soft drinks provided, entertainment provided by CERAland, Sims Shelter House

Sat Aug 25th 7:00-9:00 Coffee and Doughnut In the Coach Area

10:30 (ish)Depart for the FMCA Rally, Indianapolis IN
