OK, I did a little poking around today trying to find the source of the intermittent travel light. For clarity my travel light comes on when the circuit believes it is safe to travel.
I got under the coach and searched for a limit switch or sensor related to ride height, air pressure or slide position. I did not find anything. None of the air leveling had any electrical circuits within sight of the valves.
Next I opened up the front electrical panel under the dash and checked all the relays, making sure they were seated. I checked for loose connections and anything else that might look suspicious. I found nothing.
Finally, I removed the touch control panel for the air suspension. It has a ribbon cable with a socket termination on the panel. I checked it but didn't find any faults. It did not look like the most robust connection setup so I will continue to monitor it on our trip.
Thanks for everyone's suggestions.
