Key Blanks

I need a couple of sets of keys made and I'm wondering what kind of blanks fit the ignition, not sure if it's special or not. The entry door handle lock also.

Any key cutter should have blanks for the ignition ( unless they are chipped) door lock may be an RV store item; but I'd be showing them to the key store first , because they would be cheaper there.

ACE Hardware matched my ignition key. It is stamped RA4.

I don't use the entry door lock. I just use the deadbolt, which I had keyed to match my house key. It is a Schlage lock. That way I always have my coach door key with me.

Ignition key depends on chassis.. Ford or Chevy should take standard keys such as would fit a Big pickup of the same eara

Door locks vary with manufacturer.. Tri-Mark locks (Key will say Tri-mark) are hard to find.. I found one locksmith in Las Vegas and one Hardware Store in Michigan (Gilroy's) that had 'em.

Ignition blank is RA4

Small Trimark blank is Ilco blank 1504 TM4

FWIW, if you have 75k miles on your rig, I recommend a new ignition switch. So for about $20 delivered you get two new ignition keys. Its a Pollack 31-322
Other keys can be matched by most locksmiths, even some mobile locksmiths (don't ask me how I know).

Emike is correct. The ignition lock is a Pollak 31-322. However, it does not come with keys. The keys are universal (all Alpine keys are the same). The key p/n is 31-323. Both can be ordered from Terminal & Connectors. There web site is Terminals & Connectors

Is that ignition lock p/n the same for earlier Alpines?

Mine came w/two keys just as pictured in the link in post#9

Jim- per Leoni wiring schematics in the Tech Library, the connector & pin-outs are the same, tho your inputs are analog & the 04-09 rigs are digital-ground-seeking.
