LED bulbs @ $1.99 each

I just put 10 of these bulbs in my 2005 Alpine Coach. 4 over the sofa, 4 over the window & 2 over the dash. The work GREAT and they dim with the original dimmer. Hard to beat at $1.99 each

We purchased from China some LED lights for our Essex and they were wired wrong and wouldn't light except up side down with light facing up. Might order a couple first to make sure they will work for you. We order 20 and had problems getting refund.

Tom, there is a pretty decent chance that your coach is wired wrong, not the LED's. Halogens are not polarity sensitive, so the positive and negative leads are not important and could have been reversed at the factory. For halogens it would not have made any difference, as they rely on a ground wire, being they are installed in a wood cabinet. If the assembly person at the factory didn't pay attention, the polarity could have been reversed. But LED's are polarity sensitive, and they care.

My spoiler running lights were reversed polarity as I just described. The replacement LED's didn't work at first. I wired black to black and white to white. I had to go back and reverse them. Then they worked just fine.

When I put the Camp World replacement LED bulbs in they worked great. Are you sure LED bulbs will work either side on the connections? I havn't checked that. But I did this project a year ago and it seems you did need to have the correct connection for the bulbs to work.

Tom I ordered mine from China as well (about 18 months ago) I specified that I wanted them to be unpolarized, they have worked well. I did, however, need to buy 100 pieces to get a good price.
