LED display on speedometer Unreadable

05 34' FDDS Led portion of Speedometer has been slowly dying. Now all functions are unreadable. Are their replacements/ alternatives available.

Fairly recently somebody posted that Actia, company that made the gages, is no longer servicing this series of gage. I have not confirmed that.
Actia company rep that worked in our gages is Patrick Yuen, pyuen@actia.com, (574) 266-2605, (574) 266-2649.

Some of my speedo LED display segments disappeared several years ago. It takes an educated guess to read the odometer. Not sure if its is worth having repaired. It is too small for me to read most of the time - particularly while driving. Do any of the engine interface units such as Silverleaf or ScanGuage display the odo?

I believe the ECU stores its estimate of total miles traveled & Silverleaf can display that. IIRC there is a SL summary data screen you can select that has it all day along with a stack of other parameters.

I have the Silverleaf VMS-PC which connects to the OBD port and has a USP adapter. I have a 10" screen notebook perched between the binnacle and the driver's window. The software allows you to configure the screen to show every possible digital gauge readout. The odometer number is very close to the LCD display. You can configure any number of trip recordings to show time, fuel consumption, and distance. Including the readout from day one. My long term mileage is 7.2.

Ditto on the VMS-PC ... wouldn't leave home without it! Not to mention the adjustable alerts with color and sound notification.
