As I am sure many of you know, Leslie no longer works at WRV! I found out when I attempted to follow up on an issue with her. Rex was kind enough to help me out, and my issue is resolved.
While I have had several major build quality issues with my coach, I must also say that WRV customer service, Leslie among them, kept me sane and ensured that my coach was taken care of and I was kept informed of the progress on a regular basis. Had it not been for Leslie, Mike Glazier, Rex and others at WRV taking the time to listen empathicaly to me and work to resolve my coach' problems, I don't know where things would be today.
I wish her the best in her new endeavors!
