Hey Mike,
We're still working on the final agenda but if you could plan on arriving on Thursday and departing on Sunday you would get most of the "Good Stuff" including Tech updates, ACA annual meeting, Alpine mini swap meet and a chance to see everything at the big tent and outdoor swap meet in Quartzsite.
That should be an easy one day trip over and one day back.
I'll post a detailed agenda as we get closer to the event.

2020 Quartzite
Sonia and I sent our money in yesterday. Looking forward to another great rally with good friends! We’re going to be spending 6 weeks in Texas, before heading to DRR. We’ll be leaving from the Freeport area on 1/3. It would be nice meet up with some Texas people on the way.

...as an"experienced" attendee of the Quartzsite rally event--14 times over the last 18 years--it may help to explain how things go during the rally. With over 100,000 RVers scattered throughout the desert surrounding Q-site, it is a prime target of opportunity for RV service providers of all shapes and sizes. In the early days, service providers routinely roamed the desert searching for potential customers. Recent enforcement of BLM rules for permits and revenue sharing have reduced the number of providers who now venture out in the desert. Many are now centralized in Q-site. There may be some online resources available to see what services might be available at Q-site this year, or for you to schedule work in advance.

They always show up in Q....give them a call and make an appointment and you should be able to get your work done while there.

Hi Paul
Where exactly will we be?
I'm trying to determine whether I should I anticipate having mobile data while I am there.
Maybe others know from prior years. Primary is AT&T with T-Mobile as backup data.
Thanks

We are about 2 miles east on Plomosa Rd. I have AT&T and last year it was OK....slow during peak periods, certainly no streaming but I was able to keep track of my business especially before 10AM and after 7PM.
I heard t-Mobile was actually better last year because they have fewer subscribers and they didn't overwhelm the system as much

oh I see. It's not a matter of signal strength. The network just gets congested because there are so many people. Didn't think about that.
I already planned to take that week off work, so at least I know I can tend to an emergency in the evening.
Thanks Paul
