Hello Dennis, are you talking about the turn signal lights in the arm of the mirrors, or the led's in the mirror itself?
The lights in the arm is a very common light in the trucking industry and can be found at most truck stops and at truck part houses. The led's in the mirrors came from Velvec.
To replace the light in the mirror arm use a flat bladed screw driver to assist in pulling the light out. They can be pushed back in with your hand.
Velvec can provide instructions on how to change the mirrors. It is not difficult as I have replaced some for friends.
