Folks, I believe we have a first. A real live WRV representative has spoken on our forum. Burk, I could not agree more with everything said about Mike Glazier. He is a professional in every way and an absoltute gentlemen. As you said you do have some fine people stepping up, it just that we all were not quite ready for Mike leaving. Of course no one ever is.
Let's just make certain that you stick around. You have been a tremendous asset to WRV and with the new situation seemingly moving forward you have become a total neccesity. I think for all of us that know you we would all agree.
Boy, I can't wait for the coyote to get a hold of this. I am sure I will pay dearly.

Thank you so much for sharing Mike's note with us. You are right about Mike leaving behind very competent people in Phil, Max and Dave. All of our interactions with these folks have been very positive, too.

And, we totally agree with Ted's comments about ensuring that you stick around.

To: Burk: I will see you on May 1, 2007 to pick up my new coach. Your words about Mike were right on. Also, make sure you stay just were you are as you have proven to me to be an invaluable resource for me, and have done so very graciously. Thank You> TGF(Tom from Greendale, WI)

I drove by the WRV service facility at about 6:00 PM tonight and there was Burk out in the parking lot talking to a few Alpine owners as they sat around in their chairs outside their coaches. I think I'm going to like this "new" WRV, if this is any indication. I remember reading that some posters thought that Ron and other key staff should do exactly what Burk was doing.

Also, I too will miss Mike. He could really get things done.

I'd like to add my 50cents worth of kudo to Mike G. Without him mediating some problems we had after purchasing our new 05 Avalanche WITHOUT WARRANTY we would have had some major out of pocket expenses. One of the keys to Mike's success was that he was always accessible, either by phone or email and he never delayed in getting back to us. Best of Luck to Mike wherever he went and here's hoping that WRV has the foresight to replace him with someone of his caliber.
