My 2000 Alpine has two foot long aluminum brackets on each side of the roof at the rear of the coach. Any idea what these are for? I'm not sure if they are standard with these coaches or the previous owner added them for a special purpose.

If you look at the picture below you can just see them on the rear portion of the roof. http://i16.ebayimg.com/01/a/07/bc/35/d6_4.JPG
