I found a dark gray round rubber bumper/cushion on the ground by my entry door. It is approximately 3/4" in diameter, and stands approximately 1/2" tall (it looks like a 3/4" diameter ball cut in half). Flat on the back. I vaguely recall seeing it somewhere on the entry door/screen door, but can't recall where. Anyone know where this puppy goes?

Thanks

Maybe it's the disc that's mounted on the door and contacts the button switch to activate the step when door is closed.
