Need interior door handle, 34' Alpine

Hi folks,

I have a 2004 34' Alpine with a broken grab handle. This handle is located on the interior side of my entry door. It is mounted horizontally, 6 1/2" long and the mounting screws are 5 1/2" on center. It is black in color. Does anyone know where I may obtain one of these handles? I've already tried Carolyn and had no luck.

1) Who is Carolyn? I would like to try her also.
2) IIWMI'd get a grab handle off a Toyota or Nissan 4WD like they use on the windshield post or overhead of the door. You could get the solid type like you had before or opt for the newer chic fold-flat type. Probably want to thru-bolt it in either case.

Dave, Mike, Settle down. Carolyn is good people. She is the parts person at Aubry's RV who has helped me(and others) find Alpine parts from from the lot of stuff they bought at the Alpine auction. Hope to see you guys in Wyoming.

Try P.T.L Engineering at www.ptlengineering.com. I believe they made your door.

As Mike said you don't always have to replace something with the original. I replaced mine with a door pull from Lowes. Any auto parts store will have generic handles that will work.

Hi guys, thanks for your suggestions. Carolyn is a very helpful and nice lady. Her store apparently bought a lot of Alpine Coach parts from Western RV. Her number is 509 453-4709.
