Need to replace slide out seal

The wiper part of the side seal on the kitchen end has torn and needs replacing. The inside and outside compression parts are still good so I don't have water coming in, yet. I have found sources for the seal itself but I cannot see how the old seal is removed since it is very close to the slide out and also appears to be screwed from behind. Looks as if the seals were installed before the slide out was installed. Any ideas?

I believe if you look very closely, you will find small holes in the slide seal along it's length, those little holes are for screws which hold the seal in place. If no holes, I don't know then. Get some help to replace it, that stuff is stiff when you are trying to work with it in a confined place.
