As it's been a while since you asked and no answers have been forthcoming, let me offer these suggestions:
History - Nelson used to make the cannisters in Neilsville, WI as directed by their corporate headquarters on Highway 51 in Stoughton, WI. Nelson was bought by Fleetguard (Cummins) a few years ago.
1. Calling Nelson/Fleetguard in Stoughton would probably be a good place to start.
2. Failing that, Fleetguard is in Cookeville, TN.
3. Ryder Fleet Products has a very large product line and can get Nelson items.

A few calls should give you the information you need.

Check out this thread for more than you ever wanted to know about changing hydraulic oil w/the Nelson tank, follow the link in first post. Dbl-bevel O-ring part number is listed on the referenced link- Cummins 999-55A, with the split ring that holds the double bevel o-ring as Cummins Q-53087, and the filters as Nelson 84101B. Very nice write-up w/great pics, which has inspired a great deal of oily DIY activity.

From a 2009 post:

I purchase Nelson/Cummins #84220 from Cummins Northwest in Yakima. The cost is $8.53 each plus shipping of $10.00. The phone number is 509-248-9033.

The reason for buying them from Cummins Northwest is that everyone in the Los Angeles area wants $38.00 to $48.00 each for the same filter.

Hope this helps.

We've found that calling Yakima saves a lot of problems at times.
