After my 7mth repair/ replacement ordeal,of the JB Radiator Charge Air Cooler; the old unit was sent to Duralite of Canada. I have been informed they now have two new units (five of each model) engineered and availible for shipment as needed. Our old WRV installed CACs from JB Radiator of California have part numbers on the back of the units and must be removed to check which you need. The old models are: RS 5042 or RS 3613 (The latter was in my "05"FDSQ).

Please contact Shawn Burgess at Cummins Cal Pacific in El Cahon California 619-593-3093 or email : shawnburgess@cummins.com I was not given price info. The new units will be shipped direct from Duralite to where you need it and should be there in a week.

Besides being of heavier construction I was told expansion joint improvements were designed to increase service life and performance. Now I just have to wait for my JB to fail again.
