same thing happened to our 34 foot Alpine shortly after purchase. problem was the pin connector on HWH panel. from pulling the tray out, with not a lot of extra cable, the connector had pulled out just enough to not connect the system. 4 screws on the panel, pull out and make sure the connector in place. You guys ROCK!!! Shutting off the two main switches and resetting the system worked!!!
