New here... Have questions...
I borrowed a friends 2004 WRV Alpine while our home was being repaired.
Now we can't get the slide outs to move...
Any ideas? We looked in all his manuals and couldn't find a thing!
Thanks in advance for any ideas...

If there is no sound of pumps or motors, it could be a safety interlock. I don't know your RV, but some need the engine running to move slides, others want the jacks down, parking brake set, etc. It sounds like you have the manual, read carefully to see what is required. It also could be a fuse or circuit breaker, do you have 12 v power in all other systems? The battery isolation switch is usually near the entrance, perhaps it was switched off by accident.

Thanks for the replies... I've tried so many combo's...
Reset all the breakers, jacks up, jacks down, generator on/off, running, key in acc position, yada yada yada...
I haven't found a breaker or fuse marked for the slide outs yet though.

It would be a 12 v circuit, not 120 v.

Make sure the battery cutoff is in the on position. It is located in the stairwell.

As posted above, it is a 12 volt system. Forget the breakers. I assume the batteries have charge?
The '04 has the Vansco system, not fuses. Try shutting off both the coach master switch and the chassis master switches to reset the Vansco. Then turn them back on.
As last resort search this forum for hwh bypass. There is a thread on how to bypass the HWH control box to power the slides. (I am working from a tablet and it isn't easy to search.) The bypass works. I tried it.
The ACA website, or the HWH website, has a troubleshooting manual for the 625 system, which is probably what is on your coach. Lots of LED lights to pinpoint the problem.

Start with the obvious--auto-leveled with bags dumped and jacks down [for the big slide], HWH panel on, ignition key in accessory position.....if still no joy--then recycle Vansco system by turning off both chassis and house bat switches for a moment.....Issues/solutions get much more complicated after this.....

Just a couple of more things to check/be sure of:
Ignition switch in accessory position?
Power to the HWH Control panel? (If not check connector - you'll need to remove panels in front of passenger seat.)
Power/lights at pump inside small door outside below and to the rear of passenger seat.
These are the basics... beyond this others or HWH may ne able to help.
If you don't have he HWH manual it is available at their web site.
Good Luck
