While sitting quietly in the coach this morning with no tv or radio on I keep hearing a noise that sounds like a quiet telephone ring. Two rings and then it disappears only to ring again about a minute later. Any ideas?

Mystery solved. Duhhh! My wife just told me it was her cell phone alerting her to a low battery.

I was thinking maybe a watch or some other electronic thing stuck away in a drawer! All of these things have their own unique sound and it can drive you crazy trying to figure out where the sound is coming from at times.

Rick,

Many years ago I had a little electronic circuit called the Librarian Tormentor. It would put out a high pitched beep for 5 seconds, and then be quiet for a few minutes. It was a whole lot of fun to use on new computer users.

If I had it now (for some reason somebody cut all the wires on it for me), I could use it to torment Alpine Coach owners!
