I had to report a favorable experience with the factory. The morning that I left Seattle for the Balloon Festival, it was a downpour and experienced a leak dripping out of a ceiling light fixture. I have a separation on the radius of the roof that allowed water into the coach. I tried to seal it and cover with duct tape. Because I chose a route that takes me past Yakima, I stopped by to see if they could look at it. They sent a man out, made a good repair and made an appointment for some fiberglass work next spring. On a previous Alpine, I attempted to have the factory do something without an appointment. It just was not doable for them. Good change in attitude.

Glad to hear it! I believe your going to see alot more good experiences with WRV. They are definetly moving forward and tho no one is perfect lets keep them informed of the things you need and want. Team work, patience & unity will definetly be of best interest to all. Thanks for the info!

Lundy,
That is great news! We stressed Customer Service in our Focus Group meeting in August, and it's very nice to know that things are progressing in the right direction. Thanks, WRV!
And, thanks to Lundy, too, for letting us know!

WRV was very quick in scheduling me for that "one time" to the factory for servicing.
It was less then 3 months, from time called.
They called me back after I left message. I must say I am quite surprised to get such a quick reply.
I am scheduled for November 5th. Now the bad part......... As desperately as I am trying to hang on to this appointment........ It has rained pretty much 4 weeks straight here....Unheard OF ! We are in a process of putting up the Alpine's Michigan home,{a 32x52 building}....unfortunately we are about 4 weeks behind...Needless to say, I do not think I will make it in time......just cannot leave a building half finished...
So the cherished spot might have to be given up........
But this is about how quickly WRV schedules appointments at the factory and that can tell you has improved dramatically over the last number of years.

Wingding
We have a November 13 date for work on the slides. If it would be of value to you and acceptable to WRV we may be able to exchange dates. We live in Spokane, only 4 hours from Yakima
