You are comparing 2 different things. FDQS is Front Door Quad Slide. There is also a FDTS, Front Door Triple Slide, FDDS, Front Door Door Slide, MDTS, Mid Door Triple Slide.

Limited SE is the original design, WRV later released the Apex, many more bells and whistles.

Limited SE has more options than base unit, the FDQS stands for Front Door Quad Slide. That means the passenger front side slide opens and then usually drops down for a flat floor, do a search on slide issues, to see it you want that configuration.
We have an APEX 07, if we could reach a price we both can live with I will sell it.
