So in my last complaint 🤪 I think we found that issue, but we have very low hot water pressure in shower and all faucets.

I had that problem years ago in which there was good cold water pressure but very little hot water. I discovered that the check valve had broken on the rear of the water heater. It has a plastic keeper that holds the spring on the plastic plunger valve. The keeper had broken which allows the plunger to close with water pressure applied. I removed the valve (on the top top rear of the water heater under the kitchen cabinet) and found the pieces just laying in the hole. I left the valve in without the pieces and it worked fine for several years until I replaced the water heater. The check valve is important IF you winterize the system with RV antifreeze otherwise it’s not necessary.

Turn off water supply source
Remove 'anode rod' from drain hole
*1 1/16" socket and extension
Pop open T&P Relief Valve via Lever....let it SNAP closed when done draining

After draining ......
Turn water supply ON and let it BLAST out drain hole to clear scale/crud out of bottom of tank

Then clean threads on anode rod...couple wraps of sealant tape'
Insert rod and start threads using fingers. Then tighten using socket
Just SNUG. Threads are tapered and should seal w/o having to really tighten rod.

Replace OLD rod when it has been used up by 75%

We’ve had to replace ours twice. Next time we are just going to have it removed. Never have to ‘winterize’ so no need for it.

I will add, make sure and turn off the 110v switch if it has it before you drain.
Dealer left mine on without water in the tank and burnt the element up.

I would check the strainers on your faucets. For whatever reason more junk comes out of the hot water tank. I have Moen and Price Pfister faucets and have to clean them periodically. The shower is still the cheap plastic faucet and it will let anything through.
I have found that flushing the fresh water tank every 3-4 months and also flushing out the hot water tank helps cut down on sediment.

Is the anode and check valve behind that one removable panel on the driver side of the coach? We have the same hot water pressure problem and Oregon doesn’t get too cold to winterize so I think I’m going to remove it.

Also previous owner mentioned might be time to replace the anode. Looks like from the above picture the anode is essentially the drain plug? Just take a length measurement and get one ordered?
