Another culprit is the kingpin area on a fiver. A couple of years ago I had been doing battery maintenance in the front access door of the fiver. I backed out of the hatch, turned around, and while still bent over, smacked my head right into the back of the kingpin box. No stiches needed, but there was blood and lots of stars! , I now always exit to the side from under the fiver overhang.
