My wife and I were at Lazy Days at the same time that Buddy and Beverly were there. Beverly showed me her coach, and it is very nice. Several in our FMCA group own Tiffin products, one being an '06 Allegro Bus. Two others, in addition to my wife and I, own Alpine Coaches.

I concur with Buddy and Beverly regarding everything said about Lazy Days. We drove from where our '98 Alpine was in a campground near Ocala to see what Lazy Days was all about 'just to look'. We really liked our '98 except that it was getting a little long in the tooth. They had an '07 that had been special ordered by the individual in a previous post who traded it for a Monaco Dynasty. It had virtually every option including a 10K generator.

Lazy Days' trade offer was extremely fair (I held out until they met my offer), and this was with our coach being sight-unseen. Several minor items were found that needed repaired on the '07, and they took care of them poste haste.

Of course it's not quite the comparison of an '06 Alpine to an '09 Allegro Bus as Buddy and Beverly have experienced, but I can say that our '98 rode and drove about the same as our friend's '06 Allegro Bus. Our '07 is far and away better in every respect than either our '98 or the '06 Bus which were comparable.

Maybe it's the one-piece windshield or the different type of windshield seal, but we found no appreciable wind noise around the door as we had with the '98 and apparently later models as well.

We have no qualms about buying another WRV unit even though their doors are apparently closed forever. Wouldn't be without or extended warranty though!
