The dimming control for the lights under the overhead cabinets burned out. I have removed it however there is no manufacturer name, the only part # I can find are RP388 REV F EG1 E106 I am hoping someone knows the manufacturer and maybe where I can get a replacement?

DR Dave, I checked my NW Trailer parts catalog, and it's not listed. I did a Bing.com search on the numbers you provided and nothing came up but your post. Audrey's RV has lots of Alpine Parts for sale see this link - Aubrey's RV - On the main page is a listing for western RV parts I have it open and I will check, but you should too.

Dave:

I'll check tomorrow, but I think I still have the two dimmers I removed when I upgraded to LED's. You'll need to reuse your old cover plate. If I can find them I'll let you know and send them to you.

RV Parts Dealer - Halogen Lights - These seem to get hot, and over time the plastic insides fail due to heat stress. Replacing the Halogen bulbs for LED's should solve this issue.

Overhead Halogen Lighting - RV - I carry one spare of this one in the large size, and want to change the other type to these in the smaller size, if I could get the fixtures as a direct replacement to what installed now. That may not work in the underside of the cabinets where they are installed.

Here is two links to the type of ceiling lights many of our alpines have.

Additionally, Kustom Coach Works, Bobby Vodden, 541-581-3371 can get them, with LED bulbs cheaper than many.

Hope this helps.

Chris:

I still have one left. Send me your address and I'll mail it to you. As with Dave's, you'll need the old plate. It currently has a beige/almond knob.
