HF: I called Industrial Finish Supplier, 800-531-1305 and they faxed the paint mixture codes to me and gave me a number at Diamont Paint to locate a dealer in phoenix.

I called Monaco for our coach and they sent me the codes, all four of them. Took the codes to an automotive paint store and they said that if you want a proper match, give them a sample, they will scan it an mix some up.

So, I did. Perfecto match! All four colors. Our is a 2009 and most likely has not faded but you can't beat the scanner/computer. Fast service too.

Generally they are indeed posted SOMEWHER in the coach.. I called Damon on mine and they told me where (NOT) I finally found them.. (Different place)

But basically look ... Everywhere, Every cabnet, closet or compartment,,,, Bedroom and Kitchen/bath are the first places I"d look.. IN the cabinet either on the inside of the door or on the back wall..... Mine, by the way.. Wardrobe.. Damon said: Kitchen/Pantry

HF,

In my '04 the paint codes were on a sheet with the color pattern. This was included in the paperwork package with the manuals. I think it was a separate sheet, not in the WRV manual, but with it. If it is posted anywhere in the coach, I have not seen it in 6+ years.

The codes for that year might also be posted in the EngineerMike library on the ACA website.

Harry,

The website I mentioned is the Alpine Coach Association website. I'm sorry, but I assumed you would be familiar with it. The ACA is a group of Alpine Coach owners, and the website has a technical library (started by EngineerMike on this website) with lots of useful links to manuals, etc.

Alpine Coach Association

If you are not part of ACA, you should consider joining. The costs are not that high, and you will find lots of helpful people at the rallies. There are also a number of smaller local groups of Alpine owners as well, and you will find links to them on the ACA site under the "Regions" link.

I looked and there is a list of the 2003 paint codes at least.

Thanks to Fleetwood, my paint codes along with fabric patterns, wood finish , carpet, etc were on the wall in the closet. Plus they provided a small bottle of each color with the paint code on the bottle.

I have obtained the Diamont Paint formulas for all 5 - colors used for the Summer Bronze paint scheme on my 2003 Alpine Coach. I have scanned the formulas onto my computer and can send them directly to anyone interested.

I've also sent a PM to EngineerMike for additions to the Technical Section if desirable.

My direct email is rhb1106@gmail.com. Just send me an email request and I'll reply with the files.

Go to the Alpine Coach tech library and download the owner's manual for the 2004. Page 93 of 93 has the paint codes for Summer Bronze. http://www.alpinecoachassociation.co...004-manual.pdf

There are two levels to paint codes, first the overall color codes, then the specific mix formulas to achieve the colors. What BCBowers has (and sent me for the Tech Library) are the mix formulas for the 5 colors that make up Summer Bronze.

My effort to obtain the actual paint formulas for the Summer Bronze paint scheme revealed and interesting descrepancy. There is a base color called "Alpine Gold" that is used in multiple paint schemes with an Industrial Finish (I/F) code of A10110. However, Industrial Finish called that code "Light Pewter Metallic". And, they can not find any reference to an "Alpine Gold" in their records for WRV (Alpine).

A service vendor accidentally damaged the left front corner and willl be repairing it. I took the liberty of purchasing the "A10110" Diamont Paint to make sure that the original color is utilized. Interestingly, the pint can of paint looks more like "pewter" (grey, silverish) than gold so I'm not sure if the paint will work. If not, then a paint shop will have to match it.

I'll post the results at a later date.
