I keep reading about the Service Company not getting their parts, or having to wait a long time. We have had more problems than most and have never had a delay for parts. We did have one service man with an attitude, but we got between him and WRV and got the part, ususally overnighted. We have also always paid for the service and had WRV pay us back. Never a problem on that either.

Hi Cedar41,

I agree with you. We have had very good response with getting parts from WRV. We have an individual here in LV who does nearly all of the work on our rig, so if parts are needed, we order them and receive them very quickly. When our MH was under warranty, the reimbursements from WRV were timely.

We have had a few occasions where we needed paint/body work on the 3 MHs we have owned, and the shop that always did that work never had any problems getting needed parts from WRV. In fact, the owner told us he had consistent problems getting parts from Fleetwood, Monaco and Country Coach, to name a few, but not from WRV.

Sometimes I think it is all in the approach that is taken with the people on the other end of the phone.

I second the good service.

When we have called for help we have always had a response from parts or service. We are certainly not known by name either.

I have found a little phrase that goes a long way. "I need your help." It is hard to turn down someone who asks for help.

Then there is that saying, "You get more flys with honey(sugar?) than you with do vinegar."
