IIWY, I'd do a google search on pre-delivery inspection list & follow all links.
Then (or maybe first) I'd read all the posts on this board from the first one till today (I did, and it was quite educational).
Make your own list (you'll find ideas along the way; copy & paste into a list, as well as links to a coupla generic lists). I was more interested in making sure I understood all the chassis & electrical stuff than anything else, cuz a) its a lotta money to get fixed, and b) if you are in Mexico, you will have to fix it yourself. If you will always be within towing distance of qualified service, your take can be different.
PDI is a combination of 2 things. First you are inspecting to see the rig is put together correctly (and re-inspecting for any fix-its to see the fix was proper). Second, you are getting orientation to the systems of your new home. The latter is at least as important as the first unless this is your 3rd coach in not very many years (lotta newfangled stuff w/complicated operating instructions).
I'll bet you a buck your coach gets lots of TLC before you show up; just a hunch.
