Just received our new Pos Loc from Jason at PTL Engineering. The old one was drooping and ruining the top rubber seal on the screen door. Also got 3 feet of new rubber seal to repair that. The Pos Loc even came with new screws to install the new one.

Not being mechanically minded, etc. I'll have Nelson's RV, (707) 446-3880[ a great RV repair, though VERY busy ] here in Vacaville install both. Most of you could & would do it yourself according to my better half.

Must say that PTL Engineering and especially Jason (810) 664-2310 ext 25 is one of the most helpful, courteous and trustworthy people out there. If you have a problem with yours, give him a call $ 150.00 plus shipping for a new one.

Dave,
As luck would have it, my pos-a-loc got messed up earlier this year. I hammer fisted tech at a near by chasis/diesel facility closed the door without operating the in-door handle. So, a few weeks ago I contacted PTL. I've exchanged e-mails with Jason, and today the pos-a-loc was delivered. I agree with you about his being helpful and customer friendly.

I purchased a new rubber trim seal for the door of our Alpine. I have to agree, they were great, great, great.
