Power Cord Reel

My power cord reel quit working. I checked the 20amp fuse inside, it tested ok. I took apart the switch that controls the reel and it had power. Is there another fuse around the reel somewhere. I did not see anything. Any Ideas..this is on a 2002 34fdds.
Thanks

Not likely, but try pulling the fuse & reseating it. Sometimes corrosion on the spring clips breaks contact even when fuse tests or looks good.

Thanks for the thoughts, tried a new fuse first, did not work. Will try to get ahold of TDI tomorrow to see if they have some idea.

Is your reel not a Cablemaster by Glendinning?

Glendinning's RV-Cablemaster Page

Here is their Troubleshooting Guide:

You have a power cord reel? I guess mine didn't come with one; or is it an aftermarket option?

GTHILL,
The power cord reel came with the coach, I bot it used so not sure if aftermarket or original equipment. TDI Products has the reels as does the link that takepride just posted

GT:

The powercord reels were an option on some coaches, standard on others (like Apex), and when selected was the Glendinning. Others have added reels after purchase and I suppose could have asked for a specific brand at purchase/build.

Don't ask me which ones are better, I've no idea.

Power cord reel cable guide?

Speaking of power cord reels, does anyone have issue where the reel is not centered in front of the small door? If I don't help the cord wind, it rides the left side of the reel until it overflows the reel and jams. Is there a guide available?
