I have found an Alpine Coach that is listed as a 2001 but it is identical to the 2002 models shown in the sales brochure. Did WRV make model year changes midway through the year? The price on this coach is about $10k above the NADA used retail for the 2001 year and is about $6k below the 2002 models. So for a 2001 it is overpriced but for a 2002, which it actually is, it is underpriced.

Rcently I saw the same situation with a 1999. It had the new headlights and full body paint of a 2000 but was listed, and priced, as a 1999 and was sold before I could respond. It looked like another mid year change.

WRV makes changes continuously during the year, so yes, if a model is built later in the year it likely has new features and in may be very close to the next model year.

Hello & Welcome Lindenberg:

When Donna & I ordered our 2001, 38 FDDS, Alpine in October 2000, one of the options was the new paint scheme, which I believe became standard on the 2002. We decided to go with the older style standard paint scheme, I hope this information helps.
