I have about 50 pictures that were taken during our radiator replacement, there are too many to post, but I will have them with us at Quartzite.

Todd, will do. I also will have a whole bunch of pictures at DRR 2017 from our most recent radiator/CAC adventure from this last June at Mac's, Portland.
Three-plus weeks at Mac's, was indeed quite an experience. However, I will say that they did an excellent job in all respects. Their motorhome radiator specialist, Don, was absolutely outstanding; and Bob the service manager couldn't have more accommodating.

Dick - I forgot to post when we got our Alpine back Wednesday that Rincon did put the newer bigger vibration dampers in and that the pre-existing ones were the originals installed upside down!!!! They also put in a steel/copper radiator that could be repaired instead of replaced like the aluminum one. They had to build new support bracket that is heavier than the original. Hope we never have to go through this again!

I sent them all the information that you and others had given here and they appreciated it. Kevin, the Service Writer at Rincon has really been great to work with and he does his best to keep the customer in the loop of repairs! When the hydraulic fan motor comes in we will have to take it back for them to put it on - we had to pre-pay it for them to order it but we will be reimbursed by the ext. warranty insurance!
