Rando HDZ

Anyone know where I can buy Rando HDZ in SO Cal. I am in the Banning area for several months. I did a search and came up empty.

When we had the hydraulic pump replaced at Redlands Truck (they advertise on this site) in September. They used Rykon HDZ. Give them a call, they may be able to sell you some.

Wayne,
I too went through that thrash of trying to get Rando HDZ in San Diego. All I could come up with was the HDZ, not the "Premium HDZ" so I gave up on the whole idea and went back to the Valvoline Blue 15/40. Good luck, none on the Chevron suppliers in the S.D. area had a clue where they could get the "Premium" stuff.

In most towns of measurable size there is a Chevron outlet that is not a gas station per say (tho they might also sell gas), but is a Chevron products outlet. In Auburn, CA there is a card-lock gas station that caters to fleet operators, and they sell Chevron's product line of lubricants. They don't stock anything that doesn't sell in quantity, so no Rando off the shelf. But I can order HDZ or Premium HDZ by the 5 gallon bucket. I think this has been the usual finding in most areas.

Look for a Chevron products distributor or retailer in the vicinity. A commercial (bulk) fuel station under the Chevron banner would be a good start. Then its a dialing for lubricant type of chore.

I called the distributors in Indio and they will order (2) 5 gallon pails for me after I go and prepay for them $62.39 per 5 gallon bucket. They said it should just take a couple of days for them to get it in. I paid under $40 in Texas last winter for 5 gallons but that is all they had and wanted me to order a 55 gallon drum. I will pay the extra for the 5 gallon pails.

The locater below looks up Chevron product distributors by state.
