rear lamp asm

I have a 2005 Alpine 38Ft coach and was wanting to know what rear lamp asm. works for this coach? I know that Front headlamp asm are BMW E39 asm and would think the rear lamp asm maybe some kind of truck lamp.

Originally it was from a 1994 Ford Econoline van, but don't know if it changed for your year. Does yours look like this ?
