Redlands Truck and RV Service

We just want to give credit where credit is due! When we broke down last week, I emailed Keith Shomaker late at night that we were having problems and wanted to bring it in the next morning. We received an almost immediate response from him to bring it in and he would let his service man know to expect us.

We were not able to get in there until noon because Cummins wanted to run tests on the engine - which they did but still misdiagnosed it. It was a very busy day for Redlands and they were short staffed because of the Indio FMCA Rally - but Mike wrote it right up and Will got on it quickly. He persisted in checking each thing out and came up with the proper diagnosis and told Cummins what to do to correct the problem. Since it took all afternoon, they made a place for us to spend the night hooked up to electricity so we could go back into Cummins early.

We had to go back to Redlands later that afternoon when we discovered the Chip wires had been cut out and they had to reconnect it. Again Wil got right on it and we were on our way to Indio within an hour.

Needless to say, we were really impressed with the awesome service at Redlands. They know motorhomes better than Cummins CalPacific!
