Replacing shower doors?

Hi,

We bought a 2001 Alpine in August and we are going through and re-doing some things. We have a brass neo angle shower that we want to replace the shower doors on. We are having a LOT of trouble finding one that will fit in brushed nickel or any color for that matter. Door side is 25 and returns are 17 1/2 and 15 1/2. Has anyone replaced their shower doors and what worked for you. Thanks so much.

Go to the ACA tech info website. There is a description of the shower there. Alpine Coach - Technical Information

Assuming yours is just like mine, you need to talk to Pelland Enterprises. The shower is called Majestic. The original manufacturer will NOT sell you parts and direct you to Pelland Enterprises. They're were very helpful in obtaining the hinge parts I needed.

Here's the link to their website. I suggest you use the shower document from the ACA website for reference when you speak to them. RV Parts and Motorhome Parts Online Outlet - RV Windows

Give me a PM if you need more direct assistance. I've spent WAY too many hours working on our shower but that does provide some experience.

If that doesn't work, replacing the whole enclosure would not be that much more trouble. Shower drain hooks up in the usual manner, & ditto w/the plumbing.

If we replaced the whole thing, we would have to put in a 3 piece shower instead of the one piece that's in there now. If so, any recommendations on which one? thanks for your help.
