We'd like to replace the windows on the ends of our p/s slide. Our previous RV had this feature which we really liked. We prefer them to open, especially with only the very small sliding windows under the large picture window. Has anyone done this? Can you recommend a shop to do the work? We live near Bend, Oregon. Is that highly-recommended glass guy still there? We'll be home in mid-May and would like to get the work done this summer.

Hi John and Lori,

I believe you are referring to Dave Root who lives in Bend and has taken his service on the road. He can be reached at chdrroot@hotmail.com. His web site is www.daverootrvglassrepair.com

That highly recommended Glass Guy would be David Root. You should be able to do a search here on the forum for his contact information.

Good Luck with this project! Don't forget to take "Before & after" pictures.
