Dyna windshield wiper blades, produced in Brazil and 27 1/2 inches long are installed on our coach. Where can one obtain replacement rubber blades? NAPA stores are unable to cross reference against that brand. My previous Monaco coach used the some blades. Solution at was to replace the whole assembly with units available from a NAPA store. Comments?

I have replaced my blades twice, and each time I went and got any brand that was available. I feel that if I change them every 5000 miles, and when I was parked for any length of time I kept the blades from contacting the glass, I get satisfactory performance. I keep all the moving parts on the arm lubed with a drop of 3in1 oil. I hope this helps

The local NAPA could not cross reference Dyna windshield wiper blades. I too had to replace the whole assembly. $51 ouch! The NAPA clerk said that replacements for their assembly should be less expensive when replacement is required. Been putting tennis balls under the windshield wiper arms to hold the rubber blades off the hot glass when parked.

Hello & Welcome AlpineFred:

When my 2001 Alpine needed wipers I took the blades into the NAPA Truck & Auto Parts in my area and they had replacement blades. I looked for the receipt and could not find it for the part number Sorry. If you were able to take the whole wiper into NAPA or truck parts they should be able to locate the correct replacement blades. I hope this helps and good luck in your search for replacement blades.

Dave

For anyone looking for the windshield wiper blades you can call Mid States, Inc in Denver, CO at 1-800-292-4777 and they carry them.

I just bought refills at Wallmart, size A. Works fine for me. About $5 for two.

Hello Everyone:

Yesterday while having new batteries installed at ACACIA RV in Colton CA they had DYNA replacement wiper blades in stock which will fit the ALPINE. They sell for $20.00 each.

Hello Everyone:

I found the NAPA part number for the replacement wiper blades for the Alpine and it is 60-2810.

I found TRICO 68-281 heavy duty wiper blades at Camping World. They seem to work well.

I found 27" wiper blades for $5.92 at Wal-Mart. I did have to drill out the pin so the bolt the Dyna's use could be installed.

Is there any slop in the connection of the pin and the 2 sides of the wiper blade housing? What size drill did you use? I saw the blades at Wal Mart too, but didn't persue the matter when I found the attachment fitting to be different. If it is a snug fit after attaching then I would think it would work OK. Comments?
