Greetings from Rockledge, FL,

As instructed in my owner's manual, I have watched the two pressure gauges above the RO system water filters for the 5 psi pressure drop that indicates a need to change the filters. Well today after almost 10 months of operation, I finally reached the 5 psi mark. When I went to install the spare filters that WRV had provided, I discovered that the %*&^%$# filters had never been installed at the factory. How naive of me! The water quality remains excellent so I don't know if the membrane has been damaged or not. I suggest you check your system.
