Roof wiring for a/c's

We have a 2003 FDTS40 with two roof a/c's. The front ac was leaking rain water. I decided to put a new seal between. Bad mistake. I decided not to remove it due to drain tube going into the ceiling and down the outer wall. So I sealed the old gasket with silicone. Thats ok.
When I disconnected the low voltage wiring I carefully labelled each. I connected them back neither AC turns on.The Furnace does work.
I am at a loss as to what I did as now I am not sure about the wiring....
The two telephone connectors and the sensor are not in question. The 120vac is not a problem either.
The question is: There are two tan wires connected together by the factory as are two white wires coming out of the ceiling plus one red and one black 16 ga.
The AC has two yellow that NEVER were connected, one red ,one blk and two blue, plus the white sensor connector and the two telephone connectors. I have tried various connections that don't work.
I tried the reset proceedure on the control per the manual that I received from Skip Rapel (Thanks Again)But it does not shut off as it notes that it should. Maybe the Thermostat/control has died?
CAN anyone tell me what the two double wires noted above from the ceiling are from? how to hook them up? which AC blue wire goes where?
Thanks everyone

Inside the front AC there is a circuit board that has an Automotive Mini Blade Type Car Fuse, (2.5 or 5 amp). This fuse supplies the wall control panel with 12volts. You might have blown that fuse moving those wires around.

FUse is OK

Thanks Fred. The 3 amp fuse is ok. There is 12vdc each side.
MY problem is how to connect the low voltage wires:
There are two tan wires factory crimped, two white factory crimped, one red and one black 16 ga.. coming out of the ceiling.
The A/C has a red, black, two blue and two yellow. The yellow were never connected. The two telephone leads are connected to two matching There is a two wire white connector connected.
I have assumed that the red is to the red and black to black for 12VDC.
The A/C wiring dia. shows the two A/C blue wires as "Furnace".
I have connected the wires as noted with nothing working. The temp controller is set for cool with the set point below the room temp. etc. the way it USE to work. The Rear unit will not come on either. The 120 breakers are on and there is 120 at the cap and relay wires.
I don't know how to connect the two pair of wires noted above.??????

ac wiring

Does anyone have a suggestion on the pair of tan wires connected together at the factory which has 12vdc. And the white pair which apparently a ground.
I can't get the a/cs to work and the furnace comes on as soon as the CCC is turned on? What is suppose to be connected to the 2 blue wires that are called to be furnace?? I need lots of help! Thanks Ray

If I remember correctly, (??) all the inputs from the DuoTherm thermostat go to the front AC unit and from there to the furnace and rear AC unit. If you google the DuoTherm installation guide I think it has the wiring diagram.

AC wiring

You are correct.
The CCC connection is only a 4 wire telephone wire to the front ac, then to the rear ac and then to the furnace.
The front gets 12vDC on red and black wires , a 2 sensor wires/connector and the front ac has two blue wires for the furnace.
The rear ac doesn't have any except the white to another sensor.
BUT>>>BUT There a pair of tan wires factory joined and a pair of white also factory joined. the white are ground and the tan +12vdc.
I don't know what/how to connect the tan and white pairs. And what/how to connect the two blue. Does it matter which blue. None of the manuals downloaded give a clue.
Thanks for your input.
Ray

Roy, are you looking for the connections on the roof or in the ceiling? I can open the ceiling on our coach (2005 38 FDTS) and send pictures, just let me know

Ray, the pair of tan wires coming from the coach bundle on the passenger side are tied to a red wire going in to a black plastic cable bundle that I believe runs up to the A/C unit. The pair of whites tie to a black wire going the same place. Click image for larger version

Only difference is I have the Hydro Hot, not a furnace.

Thank you Dave... I know how much trouble it is to get the above pictures.
I have had a problem with the front ac and just bit the bullet and ordered two new Brisk II's and all the associated parts from PPL in Houston with free shipping. I have decided to have them installed by a RV shop that members of our Norcal Alpine club recommend.
The picture will be of valuable use to them because mine is all messed up.
Thanks again
