Earlier this week DW was looking through the RV View (Camping World Magazine/Advertising) and spotted our Alpine. It is page 4. The page is an Interstate Battery advertisement. In May of 2007 we were at Taidnapam Park near Morton WA. We were there on a shake down trip, seeing if there were things that needed to be fixed after a winter of sitting. I found this space tucked into the woods and got set up. after awhile, I noticed someone taking pictures of the MH, pointed it out to DW and didn't give it much thought till I saw the coach in Western RV News, a pulp magizine that went away a few months ago. Now the picture pops up again. The branch outside the PS windshield is the tell (along with the fact the coach has the paint striping of a 1999 Alpine). Ya jest never know when an Alpine is gonna make an appearence

Aren't you getting royalties from Interstate Batteries for the use of your RV's likeness? Advertisers can't just take a picture of Brad Pitt and throw it in their ads. Maybe you can hold out for a set of new coach batteries?

Jeff and Cheryl,
Interesting seeing the paint scheme on your '99. Mine was built in '98 but seems to have similar striping to yours. I have a gold stripe above the green and gray stripes which look similar to yours. Other '98s seem to be mostly blue so I wonder if mine was delayed and they put the '99 color on before delivery.

Jeff adn Cheryl, I saw the ad for interstate and thought it was an Alpine. Nice to be able to put an owner with the coach.

Congratulations.

IMHO, WRV has always made any changes that they wanted, any time they wanted. Some are based on the year model, but many are not. This is particularly true any time close to year changes.

Jeff and Cheryl,

It is a good picture, but it is an even BETTER camping spot. Just our type.

Your coach is now published!!
