Our appt for March was canceled as well. We're were requested to find another service center to replace our electric shades that we have been without for at least 2 years. We went to Davis Cabinet Works to have the shades replaced to find out the front shade that WRV sent was the incorrect size. We have done our part & even requested some parts to install on our own to save them money instead of going to a shop.
The follow up & numerous calls that I have had to make & still don't know much more than when they canceled our March appt.
We're very very disappointed in the way they have handled things this is not the service that they say has changed. It's just the same old same old unfortunately.
