The "strings" on one of our shades has become quite worn and severly inhibits its use. They look like they may go at any time. Has anyone had to replace the "strings"? The sticker on the bottom of the shade says "Irvine Sash & Door". Any help will be most appreciated.
Thanks

Mike & Nancy;
I've sent away for the blind repair kit from the DirtyBlindMan. I'll let you know how it works. Thanks for the input.

Update on blind repair kit: We received the kit from the DirtyBlindMan. It included the strings and required hardware as well as a cd that was pc based. Our system is a Mac. They were able to walk us through the install without any problems. I very much recommend them when needed.
