Our warranty was up Aug 19th. In the first year we had the living room slide worked on for dragging on the carpet and the slide gasket was replaced twice from being torn. We just got back from a two month trip and the gasket is torn again in the same place and the slide is dragging on the carpet and there are wood particles showing up on the carpet again.

What should we expect when we call WRV today. Should we expect WRV to cover the repair?

Thanks,
Lana and John

Where did you have the original repairs done? If they were completed at WRV, unfortunately this will involve another a trip to Yakama.

If the repairs were completed at a local RV shop, I personally would look for another repair facility! Either way given the fact that it is a reoccurring problem; I think it is a "slam-dunk" for you.

When you call, I would expect WRV to be very sympathetic toward your issues.

Good luck and keep us all posted.

Danny
