Recently, our light went out on our entry grab handle.
When I took it apart, I found the light had fused to the acrylic handle and it was in broken pieces at the top.
I searched here and saw that

They have options for different colors to shine into the handle, engraving, top and bottom chrome pieces or just the handle.
They asked me to send them a picture to verify they had the correct replacement, which they did.
I placed the order for new handle, top and bottom chrome trim pieces and Amber light. (Priority Shipping was cheapest at $8.50)
Order arrived within a week. Upon opening I see they sent a white light.
I sent email to them this morning and they promptly responded with an apology and stated they would send a new chrome top bracket with the Amber light.
Sorry if this is long winded but I wanted to acknowledge Great Cusomer Service!
