Silverleaf relay number needed
The fine folks at Silverleaf think I have a relay failing. I can't extend the front jacks. I'm trying to obtain a number off these relays but they are pretty worn. What numbers do you see when you look at these photos? Or, if you know what I should get, please let me know because I struck out at NAPA today. Will any old 5 pin relay do?
Thanks.

Looks like this.

Find a Napa with an old fart behind the counter.

Todd - That looks like a pretty standard relay. It's hard to make out the pin out diagram from your picture. Is it the same as the one in the picture below. If so Napa should have that. Just make sure the current rating is the same. The one pictured below is 40A.

I think his has the anti spark resistor or diode. Would need a closeup photo.

Todd, The relays in your picture control the smart beds, IN / Out.
The relays for your jacks are inside the HWH controler. Yours is mounted behind the HWH hydraulic pump and manifold. To reach the relays the entire HWH control must be removed. It is impossible for you to remove without removing the hydraulic pump first or, like I did..........Cut a large 18"x18" access hole between the HWH control board/hydraulic pump and the propane bay.
There are extra relays inside the control board you can use. The one thing you can try is to re-seat all the electrical plugs. This could clear up your problem.
There are two control boards sandwiched together the back one has all the relays. So so try these plugs first. It is possible to reach them but EXTREMELY hard to do.
I had had a lot of mysterious problems that were solved by re-seating all plugs on the control board.

Gary,
Reseating the plugs makes a lot of sense. We've been to HWH twice, a week apart with this issue. As soon as we pulled into their lot and tried to demonstrate the issue it never failed to lower the front jacks. As soon as we set up in a camp nearby, no front jacks. It's been a head scratcher. Too bad we're so far from Moscow, IA now.
Thank you so much for your response.

So, to close the loop on this, we received a new remote control from Silverleaf. We're currently at Lazy Days RV at The Villages in Florida. They found a blown 15 amp fuse on the back side of our Control Box stack for the front jacks, a loose, in line connector on one of the wires, the primary pump motor failed due to the pump seal gasket leaking. New pump motor should be here on Thursday with an install on Friday.
