We had a sleep number bed in our home and we kept the pump under the bed at the head. We now live in our RV and we see there is a sleep number bed for RVs, and try as we might, we cannot find where one is expected to put the pump. I see there are some folks with Alpines that have sleep number beds. Where does the pump go?

What I did was to cut the foam in the front enough to allow me to slip the pump in. I then routed the remotes and 110 cord out the cutout designed for the hoses to go through . It has been that way for 4 years now with no problems. Out of sight and out of mind.

We have had a sleep number bed for three years in our Alpine. We found that the pump would fit in the hole at the foot of the bed so we turned the whole sleep number bed around, head at foot, hooked everything up that way and ran the plug cord and remote cord to the head of the bed useing velcro strips along the side of the bed right at the edge so they were out of the way but wouldn't get rubbed or snagged. Maybe this will work for you.

We had our sleep number bed installed at Camping World. I watched the young fellow pull the drawer out of the night stand and installed the pump down inside the cabinet on the drivers side of the MH. He ask first if it was ok with me to drill a hole for the control wires thru the side of the cabinet. He did this on the side facing the bed. You cant see the hole since the two are so close together. (he drilled from the inside of the cabinet towards the bed. Reinstalled the drawer and I handed him a $20.00 and said "good Job".
He was as happy as a can be. "This is my first tip"
